What do I Sell?

Most of the work I do can be summerised briefly as follows:

  • Sales In Progress Management. For businesses with an existing CRM in place this can mean reviewing what your CRM does for you and how to get more sales from it. Is it time to start using a CRM? For smaller businessses, this usually involves setting up a Contact Management system. This is can be achieved  in as little as 1-2 days at a price to suit small business.
  • Training or coaching individual sales people, small teams of sales people or business owners. This training is based on what the individual needs rather than trying to find a training course to suit that person.
  • Virtual Sales Manager. Becoming an integral part of a business by working on improving the sales process on a regular half day, or day, per week basis for a short period of time. This may involve both the first two activities.
