Becoming an integral part of a business by working on improving the sales process on a regular half day or day per week basis for a short period of time.

 Some business owners spend lots of money to get selling advice from books, sales courses and consultants. Getting the selling advice and knowing what to do with it are two very different tasks. I have refined the process I use over several years. I would ask a potential business owner or sales manager to ask themselves questions such as these below for example:

  • What am I selling today?
  • What do I want to sell tomorrow?
  • Are we maximizing all potential business in our existing client base?
  • What are new target markets for my business?
  • How will I sell to this market?
  • Are my employee’s sales skills up to date?
  • What skills do my Sales people need to enter a new market?
  • Does my Sales Manager need direction?
  • What help do I need as a business owner/manager?

We will then plan the process needed to work through agreed areas with you. It is the approach I take that is different. I actually go to work with you in your company as a part time Virtual Sales Manager for a day or half day per week for an agreed time. That way I can do what is agreed on, show you or your sales people how to do it and how to keep it on track when I leave - very hands on as they say.
